Stripper jumps from boat
The title for this episode comes from "Blown away" and is very accurate, but trust me on this we remain fully dressed through out the episode. I was at work, so it was up to Beverley to sort out...Winches Seized, radio broken. Just another day aboard...
One of the maintenance jobs that needed doing was servicing the winches. We service our winches every two years, it should be every year but in reality it is every two years. So prior to servicing...There's nothing worse than a lumpy bottom
Beverley and I are up to our necks in stuff to do, we have a whole load of half finished jobs that just need to get finished. On top of that Beverley has got to do see her Mum three times this week,...Replacing a water pump
We have had a problem with our water pump for quire some time, in fact it has been going off unexpectedly since 2020 and we mention it in our watermaker video. Since 2020, we fixed the issue of the...Essential items for your boat
We were in Bangor on a fairly windy day and with my work schedule, doing jobs for Beverley's mum and poor weather there was only time to sort out a few boat tasks, so the task that I sorted out was...Just chute us

Raising money for the RNLI
The RNLI turned 200 years old on 4th March 2024. So as sailors and people who promote the joy of sailing, we thought that we would like to raise just £200. What we hope is that other people take up the shout and raise their own £200. In the last 200 years the RNLI have saved over 144,000 lives and yet they are funded entirely by people like you. They are not government funded.
