Well we have certainly come along way from sitting in our front room in Manchester. We sold our house, moved to Liverpool and bought Salty Lass. Now we are having adventures and learning along the way. (Watch)

I would love to tell you that we are never going to add to this play list again, but you know we are dreaming. We have run aground, declared a Pan Pan, had a rope on our prop and have even been scared witless going around Chicken Rock. Buying a boat is a huge commitment, regardless of what type of boat you buy, it is all about getting the right kind of boat for you. We did our research and went looking for a centre cockpit boat, which is why we ended up with an aft cockpit. ( Watch )

Well we had bought a boat, so we needed to do the delivery run, which was from Troon in Scotland to Liverpool. The trip was not without incident as we had two disasters along the way, we learned how to tie up to a harbour wall are really learnt about the power of tides.( Watch )

Many of us dream of just selling everything and going on an adventure, well we did it for real. So that meant a lot of hard work, down sizing, but more importantly getting our house ready for sale, so that we could fund our adventure.( Watch )
